Aussie style in NYC

Eating and drinking in Midtown can be rather expensive especially in a group setting so when I find a place with a happy hour (or 3) I’m more inclined to check that out after work. The Australian in Midtown has a happy hour with 4 to 6 dollar beers and food menu that fits that

Bao and Hip hop heavy

Anyplace that has Dipset and Ghostface on rotation is my type of place. You walk into this spot that’s probably 400 square feet that’s tagged up everywhere with minimal seating. Baohaus in the East village is the spot to get your unpretentious bao on. I tried the Chairman(Pork) Bao and the Birdhaus(chicken) Bao. I love

New York City Gumbo

Cheap lunch!

What’s going on. This is a real quick one. Got lunch at Schnippers today in midtown and grabbed some chicken fingers and fries for like 7 bucks. By manhattan prices that’s great and you can’t beat that kind of value and quality.
