My go to Spanish Restaurant in NYC

My normal go to spot for Spanish food is normally my mom’s house but I don’t have time to go to the North Bronx all the time but luckily for me I live in Washington Heights. I’ve tried a good amount of Spanish restaurants in the city and my favorite go to is Malecon. The great thing about this place is they deliver fast and the food is always great. The rotisserie chicken is the best in the city and has the perfect salty and roasted taste to the chicken. The rice rivals my moms (Don’t tell her I said that, for real I don’t wanna get hit with chancletas, they hurt) and the Mofongo is on point. Pictured below is the yellow rice and chicken Mofongo. You can’t go wrong with the chicken or pork Mofongo.

If your in the heights try them out and if your not in the heights well its worth the trip. Its great food and super cheap.
